The Queen’s Bench Education Committee invites you to a special screening:

Girl Rising is a documentary film about a simple truth: educating girls will transform societies and it will change the world. The movie tells the stories of nine girls from different parts of the world who faced unimaginable barriers to accessing education, but barriers that each of them overcame.

Educating girls can break cycles of poverty in just one generation. Educated girls stand up for their rights, marry and have children later, educate their own children, and their families and communities thrive.

Girl Rising changes girls’ lives forever. Senna, the girl from story #7, is speaking at next month’s Women in the World Summit in New York.  Be a part of making change a possibility for more and more girls by seeing this uplifting film and networking with other professional and likeminded women. Be a part of the Girl Rising Movement!  Capacity is limited so get your tickets now.
