Congressman Jared Huffman in Conversation with Marin County Superior Court Judge Geoffrey Howard

MCWL invites you to attend a presentation featuring Congressman Jared Huffman, hosted by the Marin County Bar Association, and moderated by Geoffrey Howard.

Congressman Huffman will discuss recent developments in Washington, D.C. and around the world, including the war in Iran, and will share his thoughts on what lies ahead for the remainder of the 119th Congress and the upcoming midterm elections.

He will also speak about his new book, No Prophets: The Fight to Save Democracy from Christian Nationalism, which examines what he identifies as a significant challenge to American democracy and its implications for science, education, and political stability.

The event will be held on Monday, June 1, at San Rafael Joe’s in downtown San Rafael.
